Volodymyr Kudryavtsev has been named the new non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of Agroton Public Limited, starting on 11th of May 2012, replacing Alex Lissitsa.
Larisa Orlova has been named the new executive Director of Agroton Public Limited, starting on 11th of May 2012, replacing Nikolai Rozdymaha.
Volodymyr Kudryavtsev is a Deputy of the Luhansk Regional Congress (Rada), and the Deputy CEO of State Enterprise “Manufacturing Control State Railways Administration of Ukraine”. He is a graduate of Voroshylovhradskyy State Pedagogical University (1983), Ukrainian State Law Academy (1995) and Ukrainian Academy of Banking (2002). Mr. Kudryavtsev has held senior executive management positions for several of the largest enterprises in Ukraine since 1995, notably CEO of insurance company “Garant”, head of Privatbank branch bank, Deputy CEO and CEO of State Enterprise “Ukrreserve”, Deputy CEO and CEO of State Enterprise “Derzhpostachannya”. Mr. Kudryavstev also has received two national Ukrainian state awards, the Honorable Distinction of the State Reserve of Ukraine in 2004 and the Railway Distinction of the Third Level in 2011. Agroton welcomes Mr. Kudryavstev’s deep experience to its Board and views his addition as non-executive Director to be an important continuation of advancing the company’s growth strategy and expansion in the Luhansk and Donbas regions.
Larisa Orlova is a graduate of Luhansk Agricultural Institute and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting. She began her career as an accountant in the finance department of KSP Luch and then served as Chief Accountant for the agricultural company Crepie. She has been with Agroton since 1999, and she has served as Agroton’s CFO since 2011.
